How do I get a shipping quote?+
Use the "Get a Quote" form — route, pieces, weight and dimensions take about two minutes. Our team reviews your request and sends you the available service options by email.
Do I need an account to ship with ForwardOne?+
No. You can request a quote, accept your offer, confirm the pickup and follow your shipment from the emails we send you — shipment emails include a personal link to your shipment page. An account is optional and adds a full history of your shipments and invoices.
How long does delivery take between Albania and Europe?+
It depends on the service and the destination. Express is the fastest option; road groupage is the economical one for pallets within Europe. Your quotation states the transit estimate for each service option.
How is the price calculated?+
By the higher of actual and volumetric weight, the route, and the service level you choose. Every quotation is reviewed by our team before it reaches you.
How do I track my shipment?+
Every shipment email links to your shipment page with the live status, the milestone timeline, shared documents and invoices — no sign-in needed. You can also track on the website with your ForwardOne reference or tracking number.
What about customs documents for export or import?+
Our team tells you which documents your goods need — commercial invoice, packing list, EUR.1 and others — and shares the final documents on your shipment page as they are issued.
